It's an exciting opportunity for a new Customer Support Consultant to join our team. This position is well-suited to a relaxed individual with a customer centric mindset who is looking to thrive in a technical role within the customer service sector. This position is based in the LG Home Entertainment and/or LG Home Appliances department and answers to the Call Team Manager.

*Working from home aspect of the job:

This is an office-based job until probation has been passed. Once probation has been passed, remote working may only be available dependent on the requirements of the team and remote workers will be rotated throughout the office. They could be required in the office at any time but, all of this will be explained before any opportunity of remote working.


  • You will be communicating with customers using a variety of contact methods including, Calls (Inbound & Outbound), Emails, Live Chat & social media.

  • You will also be required to liaise with the service centre and couriers from time to time.

  • Liaise with customers via Calls, Email, Live Chat and Social Media channels.

  • Always be polite and professional to customers and service partners

  • Log customer data accurately on in-house systems, adhering to DPA regulations.

  • Deal with both technical and non-technical queries from customers.

  • Always ensure customer satisfaction.


  • GCSE's or equivalent.

  • Friendly and patient manner.

  • Reasonable understanding of modern technology.

hours per week for full time workers 1-hour unpaid lunch break and a minimum of 24 hours a week if you wish to work part time.
