Location: Village Nr St Ives



Our client is a medium sized specialized Professional consultancy business.



Working closely with the Directors and Regional Managers you will be an essential team member who helps facilitate a programmatic approach to developing client relationships in multiple industry sectors. The Coordinator supports business efforts focused on client interaction opportunities and brand visibility.



Occasional travel to their regional office in Leicester is required. A full clean driving license and access to own transport would be an advantage due to the office location.



THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE. THEY ARE COVID 19 COMPLIANT!



Operating from very smart offices they are located in easy access of the A14 and have plenty of free parking available.


The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and an eye for detail with a strong customer experience focus. This is a sales role as much as it is marketing hence your involvement in tenders.



Key Responsibilities




  • Support the client relationship team to meet business growth targets. This is the sales aspect of the role where you will be 'picking up the phone' engaging with clients.

  • Support the Regional Managers and Directors in attracting new customers and improving engagement with existing customers.

  • Write copy and proof-read for various communications including PQQ's, tenders, press releases, blog posts, website content, and marketing materials.

  • Identify and review contracts or frameworks that may be of interest

  • Complete, monitor and track PQQ/Tender/Bid progression, ensuring all applications are submitted meeting the requirements and guidance for submission.

  • Dealing with enquiries and producing quotes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact leading up to contract award, monitoring Client programmes and their status across the business and feeding this information back to the Regional Managers and Directors before Client progress meetings.

  • Attend meetings as required

  • To continually manage and update the business' CRM database

  • The design and creation of marketing literature and email marketing campaigns

  • Liaise with press, placing adverts and press releases when required

  • Maintain and update a WordPress website to improve brand awareness, traffic and SEO

  • Supporting with data cleansing and segmentation

  • Strong understanding of importance and focus on customer experience

  • Knowledge of CRM systems

  • Familiar with social media platforms and knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

  • Beneficial to have experience of Google Sheets and Google Docs

  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently





EDUCATION: Business Degree or similar professional qualification.



Hours: 9am - 5pm
