For: Office Assistant - Temporary - Papworth - Part-Time
Pay: GBP9.00 - GBP10.00 per hour

Our client, a busy electronics production company based in Papworth are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team for the summer to support the Sales Team. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the sales and customer service. Initially requiring someone to work part time hours (9.00am-12.00pm). Hours may increase.
The duties of the role will consist of the below:
· Acknowledging Orders and loading them onto SAGE
· Booking transport.
· Taking product call offs/sales from customers over the phone and emails.
· Completing Job sheets.
· Dispatching goods through SAGE.
· Taking payments form VISA customers.
· Directing inbound phone calls to relevant departments.
· General Administration.
· Processing expense claims etc..
· Gathering paperwork for registration.
· Excellent work ethic is essential.
· Must be familiar with Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
· Familiar with SAGE.
