For: Medical and Legal PAs/Secretarys - Temporary Assignment
Pay: GBP11.00 - GBP14.00 per hour
We are currently seeking PAs/Secretarys for a vacancy we have available in Huntingdon.
Duties will include:
· Audio Typing using Digital Dictation System
· Processing documents and transcribing minutes
· Planning and organising conferences and meetings
· Ensure confidentiality of all clients, documentation and information
· Delivering files/correspondence to departments when necessary
· Answer incoming calls
· Filing, faxing, photocopying and post
· Any other administration/secretarial duties as required
The successful candidate will need to have the following experience:
· Audio Secretary experience with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
· You must be experienced in the fast pace of a busy office environment.
· You need solid Audio typing skills and be familiar with Audio typing systems.
· You need to be highly IT literate.
Work hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
